In Shropshire we completed this amazing first floor extension. After several visits to ensure everything would fit correctly we went into production. Engineered joists were used on the existing ground floor and the extension on top of this.
In the historic town of Ironbridge with no road access, two years of planning we finally installed the timber frame extension to this old cottage. We had one very happy customer!

Whilst not strictly an "extension" Bentley Timber Frames were appointed to design, manufacture and install one half of this semi detached building. To make it a bit harder, it looked like a semi detached house but was a block of four flats. The detailing had to spot on; from window sizes and locations to the roof line running through etc. A challenging but enjoyable build.
This single storey extension was a supply only job to a return customer of ours. After one site visit for a measure up, we submitted approval drawings which were perfect for the client. Panels were manufacture, fully insulated and delivered on a day that suited by ourselves. The builder took two days to fully erect the structure.
